She is also founder and Managing Director of Broadreach Retail – providing specialist leadership consulting services to global blue chip retailers, spear-heading projects to re-align board & operational structure to enable change to occur more rapidly for the betterment of customers, stores & profitability.
Julie built her formidable retail reputation with Tesco. She was Retail Operations Director of Liberty, with full P&L responsibility for sales at the iconic central London headquarters, and Retail Director for the Spirit Group, executing the turnaround strategy that led to a sales increase of 12% in two years.
Clear Returns founder & CEO, Vicky Brock, recently won Innovator of the Year at the FDM Everywoman in Technology Awards. She is a Director Emeritus of the Digital Analytics Association and previously worked with Google Analytics, HP and Tesco Clubcard.
She co-founded award winning digital insight agency Highland Business Research, running the company for 7 years and leading the company to become Scotland’s first Google Analytics Certified Partner and first Google Analytics Authorised Trainer outside the US. She recently served 4 years on Board of the US-based Digital Analytics Association & speaks internationally on retail analytics, entrepreneurship and women in technology.
Head of Product
Stephen’s background lies in making sense of data and building a coherent and convincing stories that can be used to drive business planning and optimisation. A strong background in humanities and business is combined with a focus on the technical and practical to develop systems and processes that eliminate the ‘pain points’ in doing business.
Stephen co-founded and managed Highland Business Research with Vicky Brock and is a Google Analytics Certified Partner. He previously worked as a data product manager at the London Stock Exchange.
Head of Operations
Isabel Rhodes is a former regional operations manager of Sainsbury’s with 20 years of experience within the company and the retail sector.
She started her career as a trainee manager for Sainsbury’s and held senior leadership roles within the company for over eight years. As a regional operations manager she handled over 500m revenue and operated a 3500 colleague base. Now at Clear Returns as our Head of Operations, she brings a wealth of retail experience and leadership to the company.
As Clear Returns’ head of operations, Isabel takes ownership of our retail customer service delivery from end to end and cross functionally works with the product,technical, data, marketing and PR team.
